| Making a purchase |

| Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. If you have previously registered your details and are logged in then your contact details will already be completed. You will be emailed to confirm the
order and your purchase delivered, within 3 working days. |

| We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet. |

| We currently only accept online payments from customers in the UK. Additionally, for security reasons we only deliver to the credit card holders address. |

| Shipping and Handling |
| |
- All goods are delivered by courier service at a charge of £7.50 inc. VAT.
- Deliveries outside mainland UK (eg. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White etc.) are subject to an additional £10 delivery charge.
- Goods will only be sent to the card holder’s address.
- We only deliver within the U.K.
- Any returns on unwanted items, will be subject to return postage costs.

| When you place an order to purchase a product from Ambros.co.uk, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Please note this e-mail is only an acknowledgement of receipt of your order and your contract to purchase these items is not complete until goods have been dispatched. |

| Delivery Schedule |
| |
| Your order will normally be with you within 3 working days. Wholesale orders may take longer to deliver and delivery schedules for these are arranged on an individual basis. |

| Back Orders |
| |
| We do try to ensure that we have good stock availability of all our products. However, some lines may sell faster than expected. |

| If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted if this is the case and we will confirm with you a delivery schedule. |

| Tax Charges |
| |
| All Ambros products are shown both exclusive and inclusive of VAT (17.5%). We currently only process online orders made from the UK where VAT is applicable. |

| Credit Card Security |
| |
| We want you to shop online with confidence. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card transactions use a secure server. |

| We guarantee return to base, all computer components purchased for one year. |

| We expect you to be delighted with your goods from Ambros. In the unlikely event of your goods arriving in a damaged or faulty condition we will replace your goods or issue a refund if you prefer - please let us know straight away. |

| We recommend that you use a registered postal service to return your item(s). Ambros will not be held liable for the cost of return or lost parcels. |

| Please note that for returned goods, we will refund the price of the goods but not the delivery charge (unless the entire order was cancelled within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods). For exchanges, the replacement goods will be delivered to you free of charge. |

| Ambros is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). Ambros do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. |

| Returns Policy |
| |
| The UK's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 allow you to cancel your contract within seven working days from receipt of goods. Please note that this is nothing to do with the Sale of Goods Act, which deals with 'faulty' products. If your purchase is faulty, we'll deal with this under our normal returns procedure. Please note if you are a business customer you have no rights under the above regulations to cancel your contract. |

| To exercise this right to cancel your
contract you must write to us at the above address or send an email
to info@ambros.co.uk
with the order number and your instruction to cancel. Notification
by phone is not sufficient. |

| The customer is responsible for all direct costs involved in returning products to Ambros. If your order has already been dispatched, you must repackage all the relevant items (cables, manuals and box) and return them to Ambros at the above address. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. The item(s) must be returned in stock condition i.e. as it was when it was delivered to you. |

| If we do not receive the item(s) back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. |
| |
| We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible, and in any case, within 30 days after we receive your notification. In turn, goods must be returned as soon as possible in order that your credit can be actioned within 30 days. |

| You do not have the right to cancel the contract if the order is for computer software which has been unsealed by you, or for consumable goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned. |

| You do not have the right to cancel if
the goods are made to the consumer's specification or clearly personalised
or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable
to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Improper use or physical damage
voids warranty. |

| If goods are refused by Ambros, because the above criteria are not met, we'll return them to the customer and also charge the customer's credit card for the value of the carriage. |
